When I went to my local dealer to first look at the Magnum, all they had were the SE and SXT, no RTs. I turned down an offer to test drive V6's, I knew I wanted the V8 and nothing else. I came back a few weeks later, they had just gotten in about 5 RT's, I test drove one (Magnesium) and drove it home the same day.
And never looked back.......................

Did an extended test drive on an SXT. Under acceleration / WOT it behaved just like my 2000 V6 Camry -- which was a spirited ride for what it was, and even more impressive in a car that weighed 1000 lbs more. But I wasn't going to spend all that money to get a Camry station wagon (no slight meant to the SXT owners out there... just the way I felt at the time). It had to be the RT or maybe a V10 Toe-rag.
