I would look for the TSB for the fix and give them (dealer) the number. They should be able to find it. If there isn't a number, print out the thread that talks about the fix.

I took my car in to have the oil change, alignment checked, tire rotation, turn signal problem checked, and windshield pop fixed. I gave them the TSB number and described the problem. Guess what they did. They "fixed" the SUNROOF pop. Apparently they didn't realize that the bolt under the A-pillar that needs to be tightened isn't anywhere near the sunroof! Anyway, the pop is still there since they don't know the difference between a windshield and a sunroof.
Moral of the story...make sure your dealer knows their right hand from their left, and that they know the windshield from the sunroof, even if you DO give them the TSB.
