help..anyone experience this?

i had a slight accident w/my 05 R/T a couple days ago..ran into a Lexus silly urban vehicle. Her suv grazed the front of my car knocking off the license plate and scraping the bumper. I went to insurance czar this morning to get the estimate and he said that it could be repaired without having to replace my bumper. Estimate parts 200 bucks labor outrageous. Here's the deal, I was driving home from there on the highway when all of a sudden all of my lights and tach went schizo on me, it did it 3 times. Having a hemi I only ride in the left lane and it made me nervous when it happened but the car stayed running and I drove about 10 miles further without it happening agian.. I opened the hood we opened the hood today at the insurance place could that have loosened something up from the impact to do that? No engine light stayed on, it flashed along with the tach, air bag, battery, abs etc.

thanks for any input. it is going into the shop monday for repair just wondering if any of the experienced mopar dudes on this site might have an idea of what it could be.
