I have a leak at what I believe to be at the upper radiator hose/ thermostat housing. It's not coming from the lower part or gasket of the housing but at the upper part of the housing. It seems to be coming from the part right under the fitting on top. Has anyone ever experinced
this before, it looks like it would be easy to change out by pulling the four screws that hold it on but not sure.

Someone please tell me what this is so i can fix it.

That leak is fairly common. It's called the coolant outlet housing.
