O2 sensor codes please help

Can anyone please help I got a code p0138 bank 2 sensor 2 so I changed sensor guessing that was the fix, cleared the code then after driving a short distance it came back with that code plus another one for bank 1 sensor 2. Does anyone know what could be causing both sensors to be reading high voltage? 3.5l 2006 56000km
