Anyone have problems w/ 2006 Magnum 5.6L Transmission failing to engage when cold?

 

Funny you should ask. '05 R/T: I'm in FL, not cold, but could not get it out of park today after installing new tires. Had to have it towed to dealer, who says, not covered by powertrain - have to replace console. Had to break cable to move into their bay. $400
