Possible Bearing bad ??
I have an 07 SXT just hit 100K. Awesome vehicle up to this point. Just replaced the brake pads. Now Im getting a clunking type sound almost grinding coming from what appears to be the front of the vehicle. I didnt notice a bad bearing while replacing the pads, granted I wasn't looking for one either. Any suggestions ?? Thanks!!
Not meaning to be rude, but it's not likely you're going to get any reply when you post a thread asking what your noise is. Best bet for things like this...if you want a reply..is maybe do a recording, post it on youtube or somewhere and link it here. Most of the time we Chrysler guys have been around long enough and seen enough we can pick up on what it is when we hear it.

What colour is the fluid?
Is it coming from the bellhousing or the actual transmission?
It is not normal to have any fluid leaking, although most of us would accept a certain amount of weeping fluids to delay spending money/time fixing stuff.
Plus clunking and grinding is not symptomatic of a wheel bearing. A wheel bearing sound will vary directly with wheel speed.

Good point....ok let me ask you this..... I was under my car a few minutes ago, just doing random inspection, and noticed the bottom of my tranny pan was oily. I assume its tranny fluid. On the front of the tranny there is what looks like a plug with wires going into it. There is tranny fluid around this plug/cap. Is that normal ??
Welcome to the forums , BTW
I just got my sxt Pads And roaters done and my mechanic told me that the actual shoe of the drums in the back are pretty rusted out .... Car drives fine but there is like a grinding clunking sound if I have the e break on driving ... Maybe your e break isn't fully disengaged?
