is the exhaust on the r/t stainless steel or just the tips??? and is the grill on the r/t the only one with chrome or do the se and sxt have crome in the grill

 

The exhaust on the RT is aluminized steel. For the 05 model Magnum only the RT had chrome grills but on the 06 the RT has chrome and I believe the SXT can also with a upgrade package. I saw a SXT the other day and it had RT wheels, chrome grill, fog lights and a chrome strip on the side molding. Not sure what came from the factory or what was added by the owner.

 

I think that is a 'appearance package' and might also be the SXT Special Edition.

 

Yes I am pretty positive also it is an upgradeable appearence group for the SXT, the first one i drove had that very packageon it to make it look like a RT, right down to the chrome headlight housings.

 

My Mag had the RT appearance package. I thought about changing everything out on the front to the se/sxt (black housed lights, black grill) but I decided to stay with the RT package instead. I did however lose the side molding which included the chrome strip.
