Default Looking for input.

First off, I am new to the site and have an 06 Magnum R/T. I have wanted one for a while and love it. I came across the site and think you guys have a good thing goin on. So I want to do some upgrades and other things an was trying to get a little info from some people that have done it before. First thing is exhaust. I have found several different ones and was wondering if anyone has had any problems with any of the systems and which ones have worked good. I will leave it at that for now. Thank you in advance for any input.

I have an '07 R/T. I didn't replace the entire system, I merely cut out the rear resonators and replaced them with "Blastin' Bobs" resonator replacements.

Considering the cost of the complete cat-back systems, unless you've done some significant performance mods, the cost isn't worth it... you won't really see any sustained improvement, at least in my opinion.

Initially, you may see a tiny bit, but the computer will soon "learn" the new parameters and readjust to maintain the essentially stock performance parameters.

The Blastin' Bob's will produce a much nicer sound, without the drone these cars are known for, if the reso's arfe just hacked off and replaced with a straight pipe.

To see any real gains, you'll have to install a Predator Tuner. With that, you can reflash the computer, so the improvements are permanent.

Some folks will suggest that you remove Fuse #11, wait a few minutes and put it back in. You will see some temporary improvement, but all it does is reset thje computer to the default codes. Again, the computer will relearn your driving style and reset the adaptives.

Best of luck with your new ride, hope you enjoy it as much as I have mine...
