Default Thinking of purchasing a Magnum, need cargo info

I'm thinking of purchasing an 07 magnum. What I really need to know is the area from the back of the front seat to the gate. My son will be using a wheelchair with a traction assembly attached to it. It is about 6ft 2 in tall, and I was going to fold the passenger rear seat in order to fit it. It is a small chair about toddler size, but the attachment is very tall, but not that wide, maybe 24in wide. any info will be helpful, thanks
Danny

That's a pretty big pievce of equipment to try and put in the back of a Magnum. Unless the chair can fold down in some fashion, you'd probably be better off with a full size van.

Can the traction device you speak of be laid on it's side? If so, you might be Ok. Your best bet would be to see if someone with a Magnum could meet you and judge the possibility of getting the chair in the back.

Best of luck...

Danny: I just did some measuring inside my '05 Magnum. With the back passenger-side seatback folded flat (requires moving up front passenger seat more than halfway to clear the rear headrest) you have 77 inches max length front to rear, but only 15 inches width, because the passenger-side seatback is the narrower of the two. On the driver side, the wider rear seatback gives you 23 inches of space. My width measurements are between the wheelwells, not above them. Hope that helps you.
