Error Codes P0137 & P0138 <2006 Magnum SXT>

Error Codes P0137 & P0138 <2006 Magnum SXT>
I have a 2006 Dodge Magnum SXT.
The Check Engine light is on and I scanned it. 2 Codes came up P0137 & P0138. I Googled them both and they both come up at O2 Sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 2.
Is this true where both codes come up as the same thing? If so, then all I have to do is replace the DRIVERS SIDE REAR SENSOR???????
