cyln 4 the left/driver side rear most cyln. Is it a Dead mis where u can feel it is there all the time? or intermitent mis-fire.

Odd number cyln is the right/passenger side, which is under the intake manifold.
I see a lot of burn exhause valve and valve seat on the 3.5l recently, might want to do a compression check if it is a dead mis

Thanks steak59 for the quick reply, wil go today to buy compression tester to continue the trouble shooting. The problem appear when i go on the highway and reach 95-110 KMH, then the car start to shaking, lack of power. It happen mostly when the car is cold. spark plug has been changed, sanifoam cleaning directly in the intake is also done and it change nothing. Will post again after compression test. So if i understand properly the cyl position is like this when i'm infront of the car:
3-4
2-5
1-6

Sorry, I am mistaken, cyln 4 is the Middle cyln in the driver side. Just do compression check on ALL of left side cyln, it is easy to get to.
or you can simply sway the Coil pack with another cylinder, clear the code, and see if Mis-fire goes to another cyln.
There is only 3 things that can cost mis-fire most of the time, Bad Coil/spark plug, bad fuel injector, or low compression. Once in a while it could be the PCM, but haven't seen any on Charger/magnum/300 yet.
If compression checks out OK, swap coil with no result, you should take off the intake manifold and try to swap fuel injectors.
You can rent compression gauge for free from Part store like Autozone, you don't have to buy it.

Update to my misfire problem on cylinder 4. Swap coil from cyl 2 and 4, still got the p0304 code. Then i take the time to remove all 6 injectors and clean them all, change the O rings, the result seems to be good, two days now without any check engine light an no more codes.

Thanks again Steak59 for your help.

3.5L has had head problems related to valves. Just thought i'd make you aware of it. You really should do the compression test.
