Ok, this may seem like an off the wall question, but I'm curious....

My RT had the stereo upgrade with the 6 disc in dash cd player, and...I can't get the RDS to work, it just keeps telling me info not available. I have tried pushing buttons, I've looked over the owners manual front-back and still can't find it. It's pissing me off not being able to have that on the screen, I've had it for so long in my previous vehicle.

Has anyone else had this problem? Have any pointers on how to fix it?

 

I heard of someone else having the issue and hitting the "TIME" button (not sure why).

My RDS works but most of the stations I listen to don't broadcast the info. In fact, surfing the band I found few stations that give more than a little scroll by the station numbers. Some have info on the lower two lines but it's mostly a repeat of the scrolling info.
