There's a common problem with the shifter with a small plastic piece that keeps breaking. An easy check and easy upgrade if it hasn't already been done. You can read about it on a link over in the charger section about not being able to shift out of park.

Depending on mileage, you may be just looking at general maintenance that may need to done if the car was taken care of. Again, if the car was well maintained, they are lasting a long time. The only thing I would mention is stay away from the 2.7L engine. Look for either the SXT or the R/T models. Once you find some something that tickles your fancy, feel free to come back and let us know and we can give you some ideas.

Good luck on your hunt

Front end falls apart every now and then. Depends on road condition and driving habit. that's about the only common problem with Magnum/Charger/300
However, I can tell you your repair bill will be no where near BMW.

Thats great guys! Thanks so much. Great to hear that the car does not have tons of stuff tend to fail. Anyway i know a lot of DIY on most cars. I will probably be fixing everything myself . ...and yes BMW is costly but i have had no problem getting my hands dirty so i saved tons of $$$. Get the parts and DIY! Now i just have to find the right guy.
