For some reason when I lock my car the interior lights wont shut off. I Checked all the doors and un pluged the battery and tried it again and they still wont turn off. Does anyone have any info on this problem it would be a great help. Should i just go to the dealer.

 

Have you let it sit for about 5 minutes to see if they eventually shut off? You should be able to access these settings in the "personal settings" section of the EVIC. If you don't have EVIC, you may have to go to the dealer and have it set with the Star Scan tool. I have mine set for 30 seconds, and it works great.

 

Maybe it's afraid of the dark....

 

Is the headlight switch dial all the way up? (courtesy light position) If so you will have to wait 30 minutes or so until the failsafe timer goes off.

 

Isn't there a **** that you push up or twist so the interior lights stay on? Maybe it's that if there's one in the Magnum. (Obviously isn't a Magnum owner =P )

I use the verticle wheel next to the light switch to turn interior lights on, all the way up, and to turn the interior lights off, all the way down when I'm working on the car and going to have the doors open for an extended period of time - TTL
