I am purchasing a SRT-8 Magnum tomorrow and am wondering what LGT Automotive is doing about the steering wheel mounted buttons that I have yet to see a picture of in Carbon Fiber, I wouldn't want to have most of the aluminum look covered, but all of it. Thanks!

I have an '05 R/T and like sammyc havethe steering wheel buttons and am also curious if they are going to address a trim kit to go around them. I'm looking for a wood trim BTW.

 

Hi Sam,

If I understand your question correctly, the steering wheel pieces are included in the Magnum kit and are available in the carbon fiber as well. Here's a close-up picture of the steering wheel showing the carbon fiber kit installed for one of our customers here.

Yes, this Magnum dash kit is also available in the brushed aluminum finish. We don't always have pictures as there are way too many finishes available for each make and model on the roads today. Right now we offer 18 different finishes for the Magnum kits and so you can only imagine how many pictures we'd have to take to show each kit in each finish.

Once again, it is available in the Brushed Aluminum finish.

I think your question is, since you have the wheel buttons, can you use this kit? I have the wood kit and it came with the pieces for both options.

 

I like the look of the wood trim. I'd like to use the trim around the window switches, the center console radio/HVAC, and around the gear selector. I don't want the other pieces.

Are any of the pieces available individually, or as a smaller set?

 

Got anything in a black piano wood type material for a magnum or 300? I know that color comes in the Audi's....

 

Yes, the kit comes with6 steering wheel pieces for with and without the controls.
