Default Header nightmare please help

So a little over a year ago I had big dreams for my magnum but to spare you a sob story ill get right to it

2005 dodge magnum R/T
I got
borla 4:1 racing headers
magnaflow high flow cats
borla cat back exhaust

header bolts keep coming loose and i cant pass emissons and its driving me nuts

any advice on installation?
just put the stock exhaust manifold back on?

please help!

You'll never keep header bolts tight. On my race car I use the aluminum gaskets. They seem to stay tight a little longer. Never use lock-tite" if you need to remove them they will most likely break". as for the emissions issue you'll probably need to change your down stream o2 sensors. The high flow cats seem to ruin them pretty quick and not throw a code. Had the same issues with a 07 Hemi Durango.
