Default Pull trigger on deal?

I'm about to purchase a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with 70k miles for $13,250.

The dealer documentation fee is $499
The state tax etc is ~$900
Tags: $185

Total: $14,789

Good deal or should I lower it. Condition of the car is good. Leather seats need to be reconditioned. Wheels have a few nicks. Otherwise, nice.

Thanks for you input.

That's actually a pretty good price. Down here in Florida, the R/T's a still pulling close to 20k.

Thank you. I checked out autocheck and carfax and it's clean. I think b/c I live in an SUV heavy area (rarely see wagons that aren't Volvo XC70s) and the AWD magnums are rare, the price is down. Lots of Chargers up here though.

I just picked up a very nice loaded 2005 Magnum R/T in pretty much show room condition with 50K miles on it, and new tires for $14,250.
