Need help:

I got the crank pulley almost off but the puller and the bolt don't have any more give to get it completely off (bolt out all the way, crankshaft pulley still on solid). How do I do that? How do I put the pulley back on?

sounds to me like you are using the wrong puller.
to install it, there is a Crank pulley installation tool, AZ rents them out.
