I was in the process of putting everything back together after replacing a bad water pump when my hand slipped and broke this http://imgur.com/m6oFZ pulley on the front of the upper timing belt cover. Can I replace just this pulley, and if so, how does it come off? I can't seem to find anything online or in my Haynes manual.

The car is a 2006 magnum, 3.5L
