Default tranny

Just got back from taking the Magnum in for tranny problems. I only have about 3000 miles on the car and it seems like the tranny is slipping to me a little bit. Its not real bad but its enough to bother me when im driving a brand new car. Its when your moving lets say 30/40 mph and then u hit it to get onto a highway or another major road and then u punch it to get on it jumps into lower gear and then when it shifts up it jumps into next gear.

I have a question for someone here. For the magnums it seems the steering or the alignment is off a little bit in this car. Its always pulling to the right a little bit is that supposed to do that? I went to the dealer about a month ago to tell them about that and a couple of other things and they told me it was the way the car was made. I forget what exactly they said it was but they said it was the way the car was made.
