Default intermitent lagging of power

Hey there everyone,I wn a 2005 sxt 3.5 and ever since i've had it ,its had this hesitation when i stomp on it and feels dead sometimes it works great and kicks in when i step on it ,other days it kicks in @ 4500 rpm and some days @ 2500 ? I run supreme fuel in it and it makes no difference,someday i would like to drop a hemi into it but until then i need to takecare of this problem< and also I've been all over this site and I can't seem to find the cabin filtre ,as others have stated and posted pics of it's location mine and one other guys car seem to be the same as in different than everyone elses,anybody else have this situation? Any knowledge is welcomed

Not all magnum's have the cabin filter. Mine doesn't.

Yeah lol I kinda found that out the other day when I changed the plugs and just kept ripp'n and tear'n and could not find one , thanks for your post, as for the lagging the new plugs took most of it away so the PVC valve is my next change out and maybe new coil packs unless somebody has a better idea?
