They fabricated a metal plate, tacked it in, then used filler to smooth it out. Tough curve there with a curve sideways and up and down. They nailed it though.
I didn't take any stills but I did get alot of great video. It's next on my list to edit. I shot the gate process, the shaving of the sirius antenna and got some great interview material from the owner of the shop, as well as some cool walk-arounds from him of some of the rides there at Clean Cut Creations.
