Could someone provide me some information and hopefully pictures of how and where you make connections for the factory anntenna kit? I bought the kit for my car but no instructions came with I have found a post with information and pictures on where to install the box but not the anntenna. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

You are supposed to DRILL through the roof !!! I simply got an adapter and an newer antenna and placed it on my dash. Ran the wire down the the front of the grille and down the side of the door jams and under rear seat.

If you want pics, let me know, but pretty straight forward.

 

Yeah I Wasnt really too excited when I got the kit to just start drilling holes thru the roof! Yeah if you could show me some of the pics and give me a link to where you bought your antenna that would be great thanks!

 

I would suggest getting the parts from a reputable place and most like Crutchfield.

I put mine on my dash. It looks fine and works as well as the factory one did... only cutting out under bridges.
I just had my factory sirius antenna shaved.
Went to the wrong shop to have it done so it'll have to be done again but still, the warpage looks better than the nipple did.
