Recently my 2007 Dodge Magnum has been shaking alot when I am either at a stop or parked, also shakes a bit on neutral. The engine light is on and sometimes flashes. No idea what the problem is and don't have alot of money to take to mechanic. Need Help on knowing what the problem is and how to fix is. Any suggestions??

 

Take it to a parts store and have them scan for the check engine code. They usually do it for free so they can sell you stuff.
