Default 2005 magnum overheating

Well you folks are not going to believe this but here I go. My magnum has been to 3 independent shops and all indicators said to the techs that is was a head gasket which had blown. I priced shopped and got a mechanic in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada who gave be the best price for replacing the head gaskets ($1220.07). He ran a few tests including a pressure test. He tore the engine down, replaced all the gaskets, rebuilt the top end and still there is air in the system. He replaced the T-stat (this would be the third one now), flushed the rad, checked the water pump (water pump is ok) and still there is air in the system and the engine overheats. I called Chrysler but we are out of warranty range and they can't help. My next step is to bring it to the dealer. Surely someone must know another trick to try to get the engine free of air? Please, if you know a way to bleed air off, let me know. There is only 116K on the 3.5 engine. HELP.

I'm having the same issue. I replaced the dual fan, water pump, radiator cap, thermostat, and tried to bleed the system. The dealership said it pass the pressure test and the block test. It still is overheating. If you find out how to repair the issue please let me know

After much work done by a local mechanic it turns out to be the head gasket after all. It was sent in to be planed and it cost a lot of money in the end.
