On my 2006 magnum I noticed that when the wiper arms are down the right one goes down too far and off the winshield. Simple, remove the arm, rotate it up and re-install. Well. I removed the cap and nut and the arm would not come off. I even tried using a small puller and it would't budge. I didn't want to use too much force on the puller as the arm is plastic. Any ideas??
