where did you buy the dress up kit

 

The ribs came from a kit I got off ebay. The rest is painted or cut by hand. I did the black to metallic silver fade job with spray cans and the diamond plate stuff comes in sheets. My wife OKd a design before hand and I cut it out first then applied it as a sticker. THe HEMI and 5.7L V* letter was a little diferent. I placed a rectangle of the diamond plate stuff over the lettering first, pressed it down around the edges, then carefully cut with an olfa knife.
The chrome piece down under the fuse block is just a sheet of rea-rview replacement mirror that can be cut with scissors. I found it as a sheet at Autozone.

You can find different kinds of fake diamond plate by the roll online or at your local sign shop by the foot.
