If you didnt see the pic in the "dash pieces removal" thread, here is a pic of the dash without the rings. Kinda of different look. The rings are plastic and held in by tabs. The best way to get them off is to go through the dash piece removal. It takes about 15 min. You can try to pry them off, but I think that a tab or two would get broken off. The piece probabaly would be around $40 to replace. Simple mod to paint the rings to the car color for a simple mod. Luckily mine is silver already
