got 7k miles on this set of brakes the dealer told me they are down to 4 mm 7,000 miles you would thank the brakes would last longer when my original brakes lasted 58,000 mile and now after 7000 miles the new set they said they put on are worn down..i,M CALLING COSTUMER CARE ON CERRITOS DODGE..i don' think they gave me new pads..anyone have the custumer care number

no it's a 2006 magnum.. 66000 miles almost 10 years old my wifes car

 

Lots of factors determine brake wear rates. You can probably get a customer care number from the Dodge website. Don;t know how much use they will be though. Brakes are wear parts.

 

they misdiagnosed the pad wear fronts are 11 mm rears are 8 mm..the service rep apologized ..at first they told me 4mm all four wheels boy I took off like a bottle rocket 800 dollar brake job never more I'll do my own brakes from now on the dealer can change my oil and plugs...maybe
