Default fog light assy

I need to know how to replace my fog light assy on my 05 magnum RT, can I just take the headlights out to get to them?

Considering how the fog lights are low on the bumper, removing the headlight wont help IIRC. Lift the front end up, crawl under and have a look at what you have to remove (splash shield maybe) to access the foglights. Should be held in with a bracket with some screws.

Actually by the service manual you do. Directions from manual (sans illustrations) are below. Hope this helps.

FOG LAMP UNIT

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Open hood and remove the upper radiator closeout panel.
3. Remove the six upper fascia retaining fasteners.
4. Remove the headlamp unit.
5. From behind the bumper fascia, disconnect the harness connector.
6. Remove two fog lamp unit mounting fasteners.
7. Remove fog lamp unit.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the fog lamp unit in fascia opening.
2. Install the two fog lamp unit mounting fasteners.
3. Connect the harness connector.
4. Install the headlamp unit.
5. Install the six upper fascia retaining fasteners.
6. Install the upper radiator closeout panel.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
