Had the infamous shudder. Did a filter/fluid change with a haflassed flush. Guy doing the flush only wasted about 6 quarts doing it, so highly unlikely it was a complete. Shudder went away for about 7k miles. Then it came back exactly as before. Took it to dealer, they did filter fluids and flush, used 16 quarts, Shudder still there.
So, looks like a TC is in the plans. Any idea if a 'better" than stock is available? No need for a stall, don't drag race.
Can you use a programmer to bring TC lockup later/ higher gear/ not at all?
