Need diagram of front clip
I have an unusual request. An owner of an '05 Dodge Magnum tagged my Porsche a couple weeks ago at a relative low speed. Given the age of my Porsche (20 years) and newer engineering of her car, you might well have guessed that the damage to my car was extensive, yet hers remained unscaithed. As such, her insurance company is having a hard time coughing up dough to fix my ride as this LIAR claims my damage was pre-existing. Now her company (USAA) is telling me the field adjuster who looked at her car said the "bumper shocks" had not moved, indicating no collission with her car. It's my understanding the Dodge Magnum doesn't have traditional bumper shocks.
I know this probably won't be well-recieved, given this is a Dodge board and I drive a p-car, but I'm hoping someone's kind enough to shoot me a front-end assembly diagram of the Magnum so I can call BS on the adjuster. Thanks in advance for any help you can lend.

I have all kinds of cars myself, so I never pick on anyone for whatever car they drive (Ive had Fieros even, lol) I know the Magnum is very well built and gets a 5 * rating in crash tests. I rear ended a pickup at faily low speed and did nothing much more than pop out the 6 rubber clips that hold the center of the nose to the header panel. Did you get a police report at the scene and was she cited? If not , you may have to take her to court. Another possiblity is to have your insurance pay (less your deductible) and they will go after her, reimbursing you if and when they collect. Going that route, at least you wont have to deal with the hastle and attorney cost but will have to wait a year or two for your money. Bumper on older european cars dont take much of a hit to sustain expensive damage. Ive had Ford GT-40, Ferrari, Porsche and Mercedes SL, myself. Just the headlites on the Mercedes cost me over $1000 when a guy in an Escort hit it in the parking lot.
You can go to a Dodge dealership parts department and get them to print off the front body assemblies exploded view for free if you still need to see whats there.
