Hi! I just bought my first Dodge- ever. It's a 2005 Magnum RT AWD.
When I start it with the door closed, or even just turn the key on, it locks the doors. Soooo, when I run out in my jammies and reach in and start the car while I eat my Captain Crunch (no fear of a car jacking out here where I live) as soon as I close the door, the doors lock . I have gone through the EVIC system and turned off the automatic door locks at 15 mph, didn't help.
I also went through EVIC and turned off the headlights staying on for xx seconds, they still stay on.
The dealer I bought it from did some tranny work on it. I don't know if that had anything to do with it?? I have searched everywhere, but cannot find anything similar to these symptoms.
I also have the nav system radio, and cannot figure out how to set the time, it's not covered in my owners manual, or in the addendum for the nav system.
Is my car possessed??

Try this:

To turn off/on "Remote Unlock Driver's Door 1st":
1. Press the LOCK button for 4 to 10 seconds.
2. While the LOCK button is pressed, (after 4 seconds) press the UNLOCK button. Release both buttons.

The "Remote Unlock Driver's Door 1st" can be reactivated by repeating this procedure.
