Hey sorry new to the forum...

Earlier I tryed backing out of my driveway and I couldn't turn my steering wheel. The ignition started just fine and I could drive, just not steer (an oblivious problem).

I checked the power steering fluid and it was good and full. No leeks that I could see under the car. Im not able to move the wheel more then a degree or two in either direction. Kinda feels like its in park?

Could the lock just not be disengaging or is this a pump issue??? 2007 Magnum with the big 6 if that helps any.
