60 hours! You're joking right? Well, I guess the search it on then. I know a couple of shops that may be able to do it.

Yes 60! But quite a bit of time was building each piece two and three times until it was just right. It was rather difficult to get the correct dimensions back in the back of the storage area, I tried to measure but just never seemed correct. In addition, both sides were not completely the same, the right side had a tiny bulge in the back panel.

Excellent work, glad to see someone else fabricating. I tried the same idea but gave up(lazy haha). Being removable, do yo uhave any problems with the boxes rattling against the plastic? When I was trying to do the same, I was worried about the boxes staying put on a fun curve. Again, excellent job!!

Thanks, I have no problems with rattling, because they are in there tight as a glove. Built them so that there was no room for rattling, the bottom of the storage area is rather snug and helps keep the top from moving or rattling. Will admit the "fun curve" was rather tricky, but I had a really good time doing the work!

what you should do is make some measurements and post them. Depending on the ft3 size i might even try one if i had he measurements. Heck I bet there even be a few who would pay a small fee.

Looks great man!! I thought about doing this when I started my glassing but I use W7 subs and the airspace req is to high. We tried every way we could to come up with a way to make it work but ended up doing a rounded glass enclosure. I believe the 60hrs! Just in my amp rack and box so far I have 65 hours and still not fully completed.

Well done, looks great!

I could make some measurements, but it would be rather difficult due to there are only two right angle connections. It would have to be a piece by piece measurment, and I can not see them since they are covered. But, I will see if I get some time what I can come up with.

I searched for quite a while trying to find the sub with the biggest bang and smallest cubic feet needed in a sealed enclosure. Alpine worked best because they had a smaller mounting depth and needed only like .5 to .8 cubic feet. It takes more wattage for a sealed enclosure, but the power amps have plenty of juice to run the subs, very crisp and clean base, which is what I like.

Hi All,

First all I must say nice job on the sub enclosures! I'm new to the forum and just bought a 05 Magnum primarily for the family, but I must admit when I first opened the hatch that left and right side popped out begging for some subs! My company makes fiberglass sub enclosures and other fiberglass accessories, and I figured I would post here to gauge the interest in making subwoofer enclosures for the Magnum. Any suggestions or comments are welcome. Feel free to email me or check out our site to see some of the products we make. We design and make everything we sell and sell direct to keep prices LOW!

Keep Jammin,
