Default Wheel vibrate after lots of work to fix

I am having a drivers side wheel vibration at 60+, here is what I done.

I changed the rotors
I changed the brakes
I changed the wheel hub
I got new tires and balanced
I got a new lower control arm
changed the control arm bushings
I got an alignment

I am lost and don’t know what to do

Only thing left is the wheel itself.....have you tried rotating the tires to see if the vibration moves?
