5.7 misfire

My Magnum is misfiring at idle... I had just replaced bent pushrods and lifters and done compression tests and the car passed. When I drive the car, it fires fine on the big end, but still at idle it shakes.. it's not throwing any codes. Could it have anything to do with MDS?
