Default 05 agony!

For the last few months my 05 Hemi Magnum has had intermittent rough idle and occasionally wouldn’t start as if there was crud in the injectors.
We put injector cleaner in and it was better for a while but still ran rough occasionally.
Revving it up seemed to help clear out whatever it was for a while.
We were taking it in to have the tank replaced today but it wouldn’t start at all this time.
He checked the rear fuses and the 2 amp yellow fuse was blown and he tried a 5 amp, having nothing else on hand
its at the dealer now and they’re talking infinite possibilities and big bucks just to figure out the problem.
Dies anyone have a thought before we get nailed for what we may not need?
I love this car dearly despite its issues and hubby is making my life hell over this.
Please help!

Key dance shows no codes. Couldn’t get it to move to have Autozone scan it.
212k miles.
Havent had any idiot lights come on and it always says System OK
This new thing came out of the blue
it ran rough last night but revving cleared it up and ran fine coming home.
Today just nothing.
Cranks fine but acts like getting no fuel.
Sorry this not more technical but I’m a girl and I can only give you a description rather than mechanical jargon.
😕

We’ve had the fill up shut off issues hence the tank replacement that was supposed to happen today.
That has been getting progressively worse.

You are going to have to verify fuel pressure. You can rent gauges from an auto parts store.

How can I check it if it’s not running at all?

Turning the key to the on position turns the fuel pump on. Fuel pressure test port will be on the fuel rail in the engine compartment.
