Default 2005 Mag RT 5.7 Power folding mirrors?

Just picked up a nice 2005 Magnum RT 5.7 and I'm trying to operate the "folding mirrors" I have the window sticker and it says "Power Heated Fold Away Mirrors" I had assumed that this meant the folding part was powered but since I can find no switches to operate this function, I suspect it is "power mirror" and "manual fold away"???

Correct, power mirror with heat, but manual folding. I had heard that the European spec versions offered power fold at some point but I don't know what year.

So it's just friction, grab and push, no locking mechanism? I tried it gently but they seem pretty set in there ways?

There is a self locking mechanism to hold it in place but if they haven't been exercised regularly it'll feel like it's stuck. You just have to twist a bit harder.
