I am the proud new owner of an 07 SXT I want to swap the steering wheel to the one with radio and phone controls as well as having the upgraded cluster with compass. Oil and coolant temp and the fancy features that has is this an easy mod to do if I take my time?

 

Not exactly. No phone controls on 05-10 steering wheels, only radio and EVIC. To do this you'd need an EVIC cluster, the steering wheel buttons, the harness to connect the buttons and have your FCM reprogrammed.
