Default Cylinder misfire - going down the line ---

P0306 and P1416 on 5.7 Hemi

Hey guys, I would love any help I can get here. I am a newbie but I am set on trying to figure this out on my own.

So far I changed the spark plug and swapped coils. Code did not change when I swapped the coils so I am assuming coil is fine. My present question is: How do I test to see if the coils are getting properly fired? The ignition harness is very brittle and I suspect that coils on cylinder 6 is not being fired properly. How do I easily figure this out?

FOR MORE CONTEXT, if curious ...
Current symptoms are:
Rough idling and 4k RPM cut off, meaning it tops at 4K no matter what you do.
From what I gather going from easiest to hardest:
Outside of Valve bay - spark plug, ig. coils, coil wires, Ignition harness, fuel injectors, MDS Solenoids.
Inside Valve Bay - Valve Spring, Seat, potentially push rods....
In engine head - Lifter and possibly CamShaft.
