06 RT aggravating starting issues

I have a problem with starting issues when running around town and I get in and it won’t start, I am just guessing here after wiggling the the relays it starts, but it keeps happening. Can a relay get hot and not work and when it cools down it starts up with no problems, this is very aggravating
