I have been having an issue with the battery running down on my Magnum RT. Battery is new. I disconnected the battery and hooked a DC power supply and found that there was a 4.3 amp load with the key in the off position. I pulled all relays one at a time and then started on fuses. When fuse 14 was removed in the rear distribution box the load dropped to .1 amp. Research on web provided the following use of fuse 14 ( Sentry Key/Remote Keyless Entry/Cluster )

So.....the door lock system has been affected and it looks like cluster connection has affected the climate control system auto fan control

I have a pdf service manual but find in a nightmare to follow and there seems to be a lot of inter reaction between different electrical systems.
