I have a 2007 Dodge Magnum SXT AWD 3.5L. After sitting at an idle for 5 minutes or so I backed out of parking spot and my tranny clunked and lurched as I shifted into drive. Then I drove away but my engine would not go above about 2700 RPMs. At a light I shifted into neutral revved the engine and put it back in drive. It drove normally for a blocked and then no more than 2700 RPMs. I parked it. This happened about 2 months ago and when I started it the next day it ran fine until yesterday. Then the same thing again. Any ideas what is happening?
