Need a confirmation or an I missing something else?

2005 Mag will not crank. I have checked the starter relay by swapping it with the horn relay. I pulled the ignition to check the actuator switch. I supposed the only thing left is the starter. Is there something else I should check? The things I have done so far have come from Youtube and web research. Im not a mechanic nor do I attempt to play one on TV.

Is there a way to test the starter itself without removing it?

Not really, but if you have a multimeter you can see what voltage you're getting at the starter to see if there is a drop on the main lines coming froward from the battery. This happened to my 05.
