I have 07 Magnum v6 multiple electrical issues. Repaired everything have no ignition with key. Jumped poles at starter relay and engine turns over still won't start. I can hear the fuel pump priming when key is turned on. Besides key actuator what else will cause no start with relay poles being jumped.?
