O5 magnum transmission relay chattering car will not start but I can unplug and reinstall chatter stops car will start but won't shift multiple codes for trans control and o2 sensors and intermittent continuity between neutral and positive at fuse box under hood also continuity between neutral and multiple relay sockets

 

Hello, I would check the voltage and ground going to the Relay to start. When a relay chatters it one of two things. Either the voltage isn't strong enough to energize the coil to close the circuit or It has to much resistance to hold the relay closed. The resistance is causing a voltage drop. I would replace it regardless, I'm sure the pads are arced up.
