Default 05' Magnum 5.7l one owner/ after removing intake will not start. ran fine before

2005 Magnum rt 5.7l 150k miles, Volcan cold air intake, cat back Borla exhaust, Jet Stage II chip.

Recap. Car was running great put new plugs, wires, replaced all 4 O2 sensors, oil, camshaft sensor, crank shaft sensor and ERG valve. Running great then a wire broke cylinder 7, last connection drivers side closest to firewall. Reattached wire with new connection clip and then getting no current going into manifold and figured needed new displacement selenoid. Ordered one off Amazon (not Mopar) installed, put new gasket, cleaned intake a little, put back together and will crank but not start. I feel the click in the fuel relay, fuses good, can hear fuel pump turn on, pulled out coil getting spark, fuel and air. (I did open the butterfly flap to spray a lil start fluid, which only backfired never started). It sounds like she wants to start. Makes a slight thumping noise when cranking and brand new battery and keep it connected to charger to get full cranking amps. The only other thing i fixed was the two ground wires on the valve covers were freyed And driver's side was chewed apart like the wire from harness going into the fuel injector.
I have a feeling it's some weird crap these 05 Hemi 5.7l engines have that only someone who has had it happen knows how to fix it without pulling hair out. Specifically to someone who has delt with this and I've checked connections, grounds, ect.
Thank you in advance if you have any suggestions? Would a bad,new selenoid prevent the car from starting? And no codes come up!

Default Figured it out and fixed

Ultimately had to take out ecm and send it to Miami to get rebuilt (have to use original ecm). Cost about $250. Put it back in, replaced one fuel injector, cylinder 7, and started right up, no check engine light, and running smooth! Have put about 2000 Miles now and still great. Now just need to replace all my bushings with suspension, or get coil overs, any suggestions? Want to avoid Chinese aftermarket BS if possible.
