Angry I need advice on my 2.7L Magnum with error codes and strange warning lights.

Hello everyone. Here's my story.
I bought a 2006 Dodge Magnum for $2.000.00 with 250,000 miles on it. Great condition outside and in. This is my 2nd magnum. My Magnum has a 2.7L in it and does okay.....at times.
I started getting error codes starting with p0303 "Misfire cylinder 3" So, I can work on cars but I'd rather not, but when money is as tight as it is for me I don't have a choice. So I did some YouTubbing to see what the code was all about. After I watched a few videos I went out to see what I could come up with. I took off the intake manifold to get to the ignition coils and spark plugs. I pulled the 3 spark plugs on that side of the engine and they all looked close in wear. I did find that cyl 3 was a bit darker than the rest but nothing too major to say that there was a definite problem with cyl 3. So after reinstalling them I switched ignition coils 1 & 3. Went to my local auto mechanic and asked if he could clear the code. He did. About 3 weeks later, the engine light came on and I checked the code and sure enough it was p0301. So, I figured it was the ignition coils. I bought new ones and spark plugs and installed them, cleared the code and waited...
It wasn't too much longer and after a trip tp Los Vegas and on my way back the engine light appeared. I'm sorry I don't remember the code but it wasn't my friend p0303 or 0301. With about a hour till I got home the light went off by itself. Cool...

Now, I still get the P0303 and sometimes P0301, but lately I got a P0300, multiple misfires. I changed the spark plugs, cleared the code and the P0303 came up P2098. I have had the after market stereo refuse to turn off after I've taken the keys out and opened the door as it did shut off before. A day later it went back to shutting off as normal. I get the passenger airbag off light coming on and staying on for days and then shuts off. Sometimes it idles rough.

I have found that after pulling spark plug from cyl 3 that there is oil on the plug. Now, the oil is not on the part of the plug that does the sparking but the oil is on the threads of the spark plug. I'm clueless why. Just today it was in drive as I dropped of a friend and the car dies. I start it up and runs fine and hasn't done it again. It shifts at strange times while on the hwy.

I don't know what else to tell everyone.....so.....
Is this motor soon to be done? What else can I check on my own? Am I over looking something? Is this a flaw with this engine? Why is there oil on the spark plug? Do I need to buy a new PCM?
Any help would be very much appreciated. If you still need more info from me about the car, please feel free to ask.

Thank you

Default own 05 Magnum rt bought brand new

Well I'm kinda pissed, I just wrote a long detailed response for you and I clicked off the page on accident and it and erased!!! So Cliff notes. Had similar situation. The car stalling may be from security system. See when you look doors using key fob a red light flashes on instrument panel.
Error code had similar but cylinder 7. Ended up needed to get new fuel injector and had to take out and send pcm to shop in Miami to rebuild. Cost $250 took 3-4: day turn around time. Shop is in Biscayne Bay, Miami FL. Solopcm? Or something like that, Google it. Don't send other places as they will try to scam you after you send it and say needs something else rebuilt. This shop was recommended by my real mechanic and they specifically do dodges. The airbag light I get the same, it's probably under recall like mine. I never fixed that and light comes on sometimes and sometimes not however does not effect the way it runs, which is like new. 180k+ miles on it and only use 89 octane fuel. Sounds crazy but higher octane or lower octane and does not run the same and I notice with one tank of gas. Not sure if that helps but I know I threw a ton of money at mine trying to fix it and even the dealership didn't have it right. Anyway good luck I can get the number if you can't find it with Google.

Misfires can be a tricky thing. Just because it says misfire on #4 doesn't necessarily mean its #4 that's misfiring. If the firing order is 1-6-3-2-5-4, cylinder #2 or #5 may be the real problem. You have to remember, all this happens in a split second. It may take a second for it to effect/throw another cylinder out of time.
oil on the plugs threads is usually a leaking sparkplug tube or tube seal at the top. Steel tubes in an aluminum head weren't a great idea because of different expansion rates. Then the use Loctite as a sealant. Over time they seap/leak. If they leak enough, they can fill the sparkplug tube up or at least to the bottom of the coil pack. It then seaps/wicks it's way up the boot and causes a misfire. Once this happens, you can get carbon tracking on both the boot and the plug. Just changing the plug out might help temporarily, but, the carbon on the boot will still allow the spark to trace down the boot and start misfiring again. By swapping coil packs, you transferred the carbon tracked #3 coil pack to #1 causing another misfire. Transferring #1 coil pack to #3 carbon tracked plug now causes misfires on both cylinders.
you can clean the boots and plugs for temporary relief but it will usually come back. You end up chasing your tail..
It wouldnt hurt doing a compression check just for knowledge and to verify everything is okay. A random misfire could be a lot of things. Loose timing chain, faulty chain tensioner(very common on these and destructive)
If the code goes away after 50 or 100 key starts, that means the fault hasn't been seen in that time frame. Not true for every code but is for some. Autozone and Oriellys will sometime teset the code if they know you for free. Most of the times not. In today's world of cars, everyone needs an OBDII scanner of some sort. Some are phone based with a dongle that plugs into your car. Torq'd is a common one. There are many more.
the timing chain tensioner is one thing I'd get checked ASAP. Known failure point and is catastrophic failure. Other than than that, check for leaks on the tubes and for carbon tracking on the plugs and boots.
